At Stylish Grooming Supply, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

- Personal care items for pets (e.g., grooming tools, hygiene products)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@stylishgroomingsupply.com or call us at 800-980-1443 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Prepare the Package: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including the RMA number, a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase, and any other documentation provided with the product.
- Ship the Return: Contact us at 800-490-1443 for shipping information.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
